What is HostFinn and how does it work?
HostFinn is web software for rental owners and co-hosts. It records income and expenses per property, shows profit per property and per month, imports booking calendars from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, and handles tenants and rent for long-term lets.
How is HostFinn different from using spreadsheets?
Each income and expense is filed once, under its property and category, and HostFinn calculates profit per property and per month for you — no formulas to maintain, no tabs to copy. Bookings from your channels come in through their calendar links.
Is my financial data secure?
Every connection uses HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and every account can only read its own records — the app checks ownership on each one. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Can I get my data out?
You can print any report or save it as a PDF from your browser, and bring existing records in from an Excel template. There is no CSV or Excel export yet; under the GDPR you can ask us for a full copy of your data at any time.
What types of properties can I manage with HostFinn?
Holiday and short-term rentals, long-term lets with tenants, or both: apartments, houses, rooms. Basic covers up to 3 properties and Professional up to 15; larger portfolios get a Corporate contract.
