Questions
Which plan has the long-term modules?
Professional. Basic covers income, expenses and reports, without tenants, leases, rent or deposits.
Does it update the rent with the CPI (IPC)?
Not automatically: you update the rent on the lease yourself.
Does it file my taxes?
No. It organises income and expenses per property and gives you indicative reports for your gestor.
Does it work if I also have holiday lets?
Yes. Both kinds of letting live in the same account, each property with its own records.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan or walk away. We don't ask for a card when you sign up.
