Questions
Is it a channel manager?
No. HostFinn reads your platforms' calendars over iCal and gives you its own calendar to export, but it doesn't change prices or availability on Airbnb or Booking.com.
Do I need the Professional plan?
To sync Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, yes. With Basic you add bookings by hand, for up to 3 properties.
Does it send guest registrations to SES.Hospedajes?
Not yet. The direct connection to SES.Hospedajes is built and we're testing it before we open it; until then, registrations are still sent through the Ministry's website.
Does it file my taxes?
No. It organises income and expenses per property and gives you indicative reports for your gestor.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan or walk away. We don't ask for a card when you sign up.
