Does HostFinn submit my tax return or Making Tax Digital updates?
No. HostFinn is not HMRC-recognised software and does not file anything with HMRC. It keeps your rental records digital, organised per property, and gives your accountant clean reports to work from.
Is it only for Airbnb hosts?
No. It works for long-term lets with tenants and rent, for holiday lets, and for a mix of both.
Can I bring my existing spreadsheet?
